Instructions
Grilling and braaiing offers a no fat cooking method. The cooking times are a guide only COOKING instruct ions BRAAI. Place boerewors on the braai grid 10 cm above medium hot coals. Turn frequently until browned and cooked through. GRILL. Place boerewors on an oven rack over a roasting tray. Place 10 cm underneath a medium hot grill. Turn frequently until browned and cooked through. PAN FRY - Place boerewors in a medium hot frying pan with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Turn frequently until browned and cooked through. Do not add any water to the frying pan as this may cause the casing to become tough and hard.
Storage Instruction
FREEZE ON DAY OF PURCHASE, FOR A MAXIMUM OF ONE MONTH. DEFROST THOROUGHLY IN REFRIGERATOR & USE WITHIN 24 HOURS. ONCE DEFROSTED, DO NOT REFREEZE.
