Product Details

Spanish chorizo is a dried and cured sausage in a casing that is ready to eat like a salami.

Traditionally made Chorizo - has a spicy paprika flavour - it can be sliced and eaten as is or used in cooking. Adds wonderful flavour to paella, pasta sauces and casseroles, also as a pizza topping. Can be fried or grilled on the braai, sliced and served with bread as an appetiser.
