Barrettsridge Beer Bread. Olive & Rosemary 450g
There’s nothing like the aroma of freshly baked bread. And there’s nothing like the taste of a crispy-crusted thick slice of Barrett’s Ridge beer bread slathered with butter.
Barrett’s Ridge bread is incredibly easy to make. Whether you make it the traditional way with your favorite brew or prefer a non-alcoholic option your bread will be just as tasty. Because it’s all in the mix.
Baking Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 190˚
- Pour entire contents of Barrett’s Ridge Olive and Rosemary into a bowl.
- Add 1 x 330 ml beer at room temperature.
- Stir until the batter is thoroughly mixed through.
- Scrape batter into a buttered loaf tin.
- For an extra crispy crust, brush your loaf with melted butter before baking.
- Bake for approximately 45 minutes.
