Instructions

Pan Fry Place bacon rashers in a hot pan. � Fry over medium heat, turning frequently until desired crispness. OVEN ROAST � 200� C � 12 � 15 minutes Preheat oven to 200� C. � Place bacon rashers onto a baking tray. Do not overlap the bacon rashers. � Roast in the oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until desired crispness. � Remove from the oven and drain on kitchen paper towel.
